PRUCERA® is our 100% pure and natural tart cherry concentrate, which is concentrated to 65 ° Brix.
We use seasonally harvested Prunus cerasus and process about 3.000 cherries into 1 Liter PRUCERA®. The resulting product is concentrated so much, that it doesn`t freeze.
Rich in antioxidants, anthocyanins, and polyphenols, Montmorency tart cherry concentrate exhibits strong anti-inflammatory properties, and the ability to lower uric acid levels. Tart cherry concentrate is ideal for reducing gout symptoms, increasing sports performance, and lowering inflammation markers. Since it is a pure cherry concentrate, PRUCERA® also tastes great!
