Our organic vitamin C is obtained from the Indian amla berry. It is an extract that is standardized to 25%.

The combination of iron and vitamin C is particularly ideal, as the latter has been shown to increase the bioavailability of iron – and also its digestibility/tolerance, which is not always guaranteed for iron mono substances.
